Please take a look at that vid, as it will answer most of your questions. The foam I use is very sticky as well, no need to worry that it will come off once adhered to the rubber. On stamps that have stubborn foam, you may need to put them in the microwave to melt the adhesive first (5-10 seconds). This will help the? foam separate easier from the rubber. HTH!
